The Role of Business Development Executive/Manager
To generate sponsorship/partnership revenues from key clients
Work closely with the research and marketing teams to understand the target audience/sponsor prospects
To secure new business and develop these accounts
To sell sponsorship opportunities via telephone, online meerings and face to face meetings
Attend company and competotor events - international travel
Close sales, hit targets and lead from the front
Help develop new events and sponsor opportunities
Report key performance figures
Manage sponsorship deliverables ensuring that clients are happy
The Ideal Candidate for the Business Development Executive/Manager Role
Portuguese speaker
Proven consultative sales skills and excellent sales figures
Ambitious and target/financially driven
Hard working and used to working in a fast-paced environment
Articulate, intelligent and well-presented
Able to build a sales pipeline
CRM experience
Experience of international sales
Self starter/self reliant
Good sense of humour!
