The Event/Delegate Sales Executive role:
They are now looking for 2-3 highly motivated event/delegate sales executives to join their friendly close-knit team. The event/delegate sales executive will sell delegate places to attend and network at their events taking place throughout the year and will be working across the event portfolio. . Commission is uncapped so there is great earning potential whilst making a positive impact on the planet!
Follow up inbound leads and enquiries and convert to sales
Identify and account manage previous multi-buyers and key customers
Build, operate and maintain a sales database
Work directly with the marketing team to generate new leads
Develop the portfolio of products and Identify new business opportunities
The Ideal Event/Delegate Sales Executive Candidate:
Previous phone sales experience
CRM experience (preferred but not essential)
·Track record of high achievement
A high level of self motivation
Natural curiosity and passion for sustainability
An international outlook and a keen interest in current affairs
Confident when selling to senior-level business people globally
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Google
Educated to degree level (preferred but not essential)
A good sense of humour!
Bonus skills, but not essential!
·Additional languages – Spanish, German, French
Understanding and experience of the B2B conference model
Experience with Salesforce /databases
