The Role of Event Manager/Director
Working closely with the European MD (UK based) to develop launch plans
Talking with/meeting potential exhibitors and sponsors in Italy
Helping shape the exhibition and seminar programme
Exploring a possible awards launch
Flexibility on location/working remotely (Could be based in the UK or Italy)
As you get closer to the launch it would be 1 day a week in Brighton
Happy to look at salary or consultancy on a day rate
Initially a 3 month contract which would hopefully lead to a permanent role
The Person for the Event Manager/Director Role
Native Italian or fluent business Italian speaker
Entrepreneurial
Good understanding of exhibitions
Launch experience
Strategic thinker
Good new business skills and can close deals
Excellent presenter
Collaborative team player
Happy to travel
