Our client is a leader in the Sports & Nutrition sector with two well known brands globally, and they are now looking for an energetic, driven Account Executive to look after existing accounts and bring in new clients. You would be dealing with major high street chains, independent retail stores, sports organisations, premiership football clubs and basically anyone in the Health, Wellness & Sports arena so this person would have a keen interest in fitness. You will be a natural sales and business development executive with a couple of years experience under your belt and a fantastic door opener and people person
Job role:
· Manage a variety of accounts including National Retail Stores, Premier League Football teams, National Distributors and Independent Retail Stores.
· Visiting stores and attending customer meetings nationally on a regular basis, building strong relationships.
· Keep all customers up to date with NPD, promotions and organise all sales support materials to be sent to your accounts.
· Plan and execute promotional plans across your account base.
· Manage the order process from receipt of order to deliveries of goods, working closely with customer services and logistics to ensure first class service.
· Analysis of sales data – gap analysis, spotting trends.
· Plan and attend brand/sampling days within retail stores.
· Be the 1st point of contact for all external enquiries and issues from your accounts working with internal departments to resolve problems and source information.
· Competitor analysis and reporting.
· New Business Development.
· Working closely with the NAM to support and assist as required.
· Planning and attending events and trade shows.
This role is hybrid with one day in the Brighton office with the rest of the commercial team, with your week spent speaking to and visiting clients and potential businesses across the UK so some overnight stays will be required. A clean driving license and ‘ideally’ your own car (a generous mileage allowance is given) for the travel with this role.

Salary is £28K with a generous performance related bonus of up to 30%.
