Senior Account Executive/Account Manager, B2B Comms Agency, Brighton £28-37K

This amazing B2B Marketing and Communications Agency has a fantastic reputation with all their clients and now has a newly created role for a strong SAE who is ready to move into an Account Manager role (or a solid AM) to join their team.

The role makes up a key part of the client-facing team and has a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of the company.  Acting as the main contact for your specific portfolio of clients, you will have the confidence, skills and relevant industry expertise to provide day-to-day services to your clients.

 

You will be responsible for delivering a stream of business, ensuring your accounts are consistently delivering high standards and outstanding service on time and on budget. You will also play a proactive role in growing your accounts both in terms of days and services offered and you may also be involved in new business pitches.

 

You will possess the following competencies and responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day mentoring to your team, supporting them in delivering client work.

  • Presentation skills - be a confident presenter who exudes credibility in all meetings whether internal or external

Agency Contribution

  • Timesheet management – you are responsible for making sure that your record is completed accurately and on time, and ensuring effective time management of company and client time

  • Quality - produce a high standard of work at all times, paying attention to detail and maintaining the companies quality standards

  • Supporting the marketing of the business through social media input, writing regular blogs and attending relevant industry events

  • Attending and contributing constructively to internal company meetings

  • Being supportive of the company vision generally and living the vision and values and acting as an ambassador at all times

  • Demonstrating exemplary conduct at all times

You will have both agency and B2B experience to bring to this role
