Our client is an established global events company who boast a portfolio of well known blue chip brands and through continuous growth are now looking to bring the creative output in-house starting off with a Senior Designer to head up the planned team. The role is based in Brighton and the team work three days in the office and two from home.
You will be working in a creative, positive environment on a wide range of projects from
full brand creation to application of existing brands to multiple creative elements.
As Senior Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the design process, from brainstorming the next great project, to ensuring all events have the same level of attention to detail and clear brand direction and so you will have strong practice in creating brands, with proven experience in brand identity work across digital, print, and motion.
You will have experience in large scale branding, pitch decks, case studies, mockups and a keen typographic eye and exceptional attention to detail are essential.

Skills and experience required:
• Minimum of 5 years creative experience in an agency-based role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite & PowerPoint
• Have good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and colour theory
• Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking skills in limited time framework
• Good managerial skills to co-ordinate with and keep team members on one page.
• Proven experience of building client relationships & confidence in meeting clients face to
face and virtually

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate

• Ability to edit video content and create launch videos is desirable
