They are at a tipping point in the agencies growth and are looking to build the senior team with the addition of an experienced B2B Account Director to lead key accounts, manage the talented team and join the MDs on the management team.

They are looking for a righthand person to help grow and shape the future direction of the agency. This is a key position, with significant scope to build a long-term senior position within the agency for the right candidate.
AD responsibilities will include:
• Client management: Provide strategic direction of campaigns. Oversee team to ensure effectiveness and that targets are exceeded. Nurture excellent client relationships to become a trusted adviser.
• Creative development: Ideate creative b2b campaigns. Manage creative development process, to get the best from the team. Co-create impactful campaigns with clients.
• Account delivery: Provide hands on campaign delivery, including writing, planning, logistics. Edits and approvals.
• Business management: Manage resourcing on accounts, working to three-month resource plans to identify recruitment needs.
• People management: Manage the team, nurture their development; inspire and maintain team cohesion.
• Client development: Regularly review cross and up-sell opportunities; identify new service opportunities.
• New business: Identify new and organic business opportunities, developing proposals and playing a senior or leading role as part of the pitch team for prospective clients.
• Strategic direction: Help develop the business, and creative direction of the agency.
• Operations: Identify business needs and improvements to increase efficiency and improve smooth running of consultancy and suggest / implement solutions.
• Professional development: Commit to continuous professional development.
You will be an exceptional senior B2B PR professional, with experience leading impactful campaigns, nurturing teams and developing business. The right candidate will have that magic mix of strategic insight, commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, natural creativity and boundless enthusiasm.
Naturally, a first-class writer, media and social pro, with the ability to think big picture as well as focus on the detail when needed.
