Our central Brighton based client is now looking for bright and driven Researcher to join their busy Research Team due to the business expanding. The successful candidate will be carrying out the research to be used in the bespoke reports which the company produce for their clients, many of which are in the FTSE 100. You will typically be working on a new project every 6 to 8 weeks.
You will be a self-started, who is confident communicating with high level clients both face to face and on the phone.

The Company:
The company are hugely successful in their field dealing with big name clients. As the word spreads more contracts are being won and due to high demand, they are now looking to add new members to their existing friendly & sociable team.
Their reports provide unique, actionable insights which allow companies to understand their competitive landscape and gain access to the best available talent.
The use a proprietary research process which prioritises direct engagement with market sources. All of their projects are bespoke, as no two clients have the same specific requirements.
The Researcher Role:
The Research team is led by the Research Director, a researcher will carry a project through from start to finish, taking part in all elements in the process from compiling spreadsheets, making calls and putting together information to writing reports, proofing them carefully and presenting them to clients. It is a broad and immersive role that allows you to become a ‘mini expert’ in industries and sectors across the market in just the 4 to 8 weeks that you are on a project.

· Developing new business ideas
The Researcher Candidate:
You will be inquisitive by nature and enjoy working on projects and conducting research to ensure the most thorough insight is gained for writing the clients’ reports.
· 3 years of office experience
· Degree/Masters - Ideal in, Engineering, Law, Maths, Science, History
· Enjoy carrying out research/investigating/questioning
· Bright & engaging
· Naturally inquisitive
· Able to talk confidently on the phone
· Strong writing/report writing skills
· Team player
· Able to think outside the box
· Proactive attitude
