Brand Marketing Executive - Brighton, Home Interiors, £25-35K DOE

One of the largest global suppliers in their sector within the home interiors business are now looking to bring on board a Brand Marketing Executive for this newly created role. You will be joining an ambitious, fast moving company poised to take its marketing approach to the next level and indeed with this role have plenty of scope for growth also.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Developing and briefing content with both internal and external teams. Includes briefing creative and design teams for assets, CGI imagery and print materials.

·       Ensuring that communications and consumer touch points are presented in-line with the brand guidelines and fit with the overall brand image.

·       Working with the external PR agency to ensure they deliver against their objectives and increase brand awareness through relevant publications and outreach.

·       Developing the affiliate and referrals schemes, as well as brand collaborations which currently include household names such as John Lewis & Partners and B&Q.

·       Delivering the brand email strategy, including data segmentation, with a focus on both customer acquisition and retention.

·       Finding ways to engage a wider audience through organic social platforms and developing methods for obtaining user generated content.

·       Supporting copywriters to deliver content in the correct tone of voice, that supports the customer purchasing journey and contributes to the organic growth strategy.

 

Experience:

  • 2+ years in a marketing or brand marketing role

  • Content planning and delivery

  • Email and data segmentation

  • Organic and paid social

  • Offline channels including OOH and direct mail

 

Skills:

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

·       Creative with an eye for detail.

·       Strong analytical and data skills

·       Ability to work dynamically, in a fast-paced environment

·       Strong aptitude for collaboration and teamwork 

·       Competent in setting and working to targets and deadlines

 

Additional:

·       Experience in the home interiors industry would be advantageous

·       Education to degree level in a marketing or business related subject would be advantageous

·       Client and/or agency-side experience required.
