Our client is a leading agency who supply data driven marketing solutions to a number of well know brands and they are now looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join the Client Services team. You will need to be articulate and able to explain complex concepts in a concise way, with a good understanding of the technology behind the companies solutions. This is a key role within the team and you will be focused on successfully managing the relationship with this major client. You will have experience in handling key accounts and a thorough understanding of the online environment and digital acquisition channelsw is essential.

The job


  • Managing the delivery of performance and cost data to a leading global client
    • Ensure stakeholders have access to necessary data on a daily basis
    • Improve data processes and delivery mechanisms that feed the reporting solution
    • Responsible for collating and approving data
    • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of any data updates
  • Design and produce solution enhancements based on client requirements
    • Understand and document project requirements
    • Brief internal delivery teams
    • Manage client delivery expectations
    • Present completed solutions to stakeholders
  • Ensure Stakeholders engage with the data
    • Provide training sessions for users
    • Assist with data extraction requests
    • Provide actionable insights and cross channel analysis
    • Assist in developing cross channel strategy

Skills & experience required:

  • Thorough understanding of the online environment
  • A good technical understanding of digital acquisition channels
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data, experience working with databases a plus
  • A technical understanding of website tracking technologies
  • Strong track record planning and delivering complex projects
  • Experience writing and delivering business requirement/solution design documents
  • Proven relationship management skills
  • Comfortable presenting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
