The Role of the Technical Account Mananger

The Technical Account Manager  will be responsible for:

  • Managing the relationship with a key client in the travel sector
  • Improving data processes and delivery
  • Communicating with all client stakeholders
  • Provide client training sessions for user groups
  • Managing team output
  • Working with the Analysis team to provide insights and cross-channel analysis
  • Briefing internal delivery teams
  • Presenting completed solutions to stakeholders

The ideal candidate for the Technical Account Manager

  • An experienced Account Manager from a digital marketing/data/digital acquisitions background.
  • Articulate and able to explain complex concepts in a concise way
  • Good understanding of solutions technology
  • Superb online marketing skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Lots of experienced of matching client requirements to tech solutions
  • Knowledge of data/solutions design
  • Proven relationship management skills
  • Experience in planning and delivering complex projects
  • Managing client delivery expectations
  • Ability to identify and manage upsell and commercial opportunities
