Our client is an ambitious, rapidly-expanding media company producing industry-leading monthly magazines, annual publications, websites, online newsletters and events. They have big company ideas and expertise and the ambition to grow into a significant player over the next five years.

The right candidate should expect to advance to sales manager status within 12 months.

The role:

  • Face to face client visits
  • Print advertising sales in the magazine, both classified and display
  • Sales and sales management of various annuals/one off print products such as supplements and directories/yearbooks
  •  Sales of various online products, including a website, directory and paid for online newsletter
  • Sales of various events – awards, webinars and round tables
  • Training and developing a small team

The candidate:

  • 18 months experience in media sales,
  • Worked in a consumer media or B2B environment.
  • Experience of digital ad sales
  • Events sales experience is an added bonus
  • Man management experience useful but not essential.
  • A current driving licence is essential.
