Working for a leading full-service (search, social, insights and web build) digital marketing agency the Sales Director will be responsible for leading the business development team and maximising new business revenues.

The Sales Director be responsible for:

  • Sourcing, targeting and winning new business
  • Building solid, high-level relationships with new business prospects
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities and negotiating/closing deals
  • Representing the agency within the wider digital marketing industry
  • Build the agency’s presence and profile as an authority in the digital marketing sector
  • Leading, managing, motivating and supporting the business development team
  • Contributing to fostering a culture of excellence
