Today over 2,500 companies use their services including 120 of the top 150 UK PR companies.
The company head office is in Croydon, South London, UK and they also have representatives for France and Germany. Their expert, friendly team of nearly 40 dedicated staff serves clients in the UK and around 30 other countries.
They are now looking for someone with at least 1 year’s media sales or subscriptions sales experience to join the New Business Team, as part of the small team you will be targeting and closing new business leads by managing and closing free trail requests whilst proactively sourcing new business leads.
- Managing and closing free trail requests
- Handling inbound leads via phone and website
- Maintain effective customer service throughout the trail process
- Review the trial and quote the customer relevant package costs
- Proactively source new business
- Contacting lapsed clients
- Demo and provide training for the various services online and face to face
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Set up and update client information on the company system
- 1 years media sales/subscriptions sales experience
- Excellent track record in sales
- Good presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written, oral and IT skills
- Account management of software sales – a bonus
- Experience of selling software solutions – a bonus
