This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager who is energetic and creative to work with a lovely team of people in the Brighton office of this organisation who place studens and professionals from the healthcare sector in roles overseas. Assisting the Head of Marketing with the executions of all marketing campaigns you will play a key role in the brand, protecting the integrity and driving marketing strategies to help deliver business targets.

Work with the Head of Marketing to support, plan and deliver all multi-channel marketing strategies for all global markets
Managing the Content Developer

Managing the production of all promotional marketing and communication activities to achieve agreed objectives, including sales support material, advertising, direct marketing, exhibitions/ events, sponsorship and online and offline marketing campaigns
Ensuring timely delivery and overall management of the above
To create, proof and edit all content ensuring the brand tone of voice complies with the companyBrand Guidelines
Ensuring all website copy is unique, engaging and relevant for all markets
Ensuring that SEO best practice is followed at all times, working with the SEO Consultant regularly to ensure technical SEO is deployed on the site
To contribute to website development strategy meetings
To work closely and help develop the Content Marketing Executive ensuring all work is signed off and is on brand
Where possible to use research tools, reports and analytics data to identify and monitor all content strategies
Implement multi-variant and A/B testing across content channels
Working closely with the PR Executive to assist in creating content for digital campaigns as well as contributing to creative ideas
Managing the production of all marketing materials
Liaising with designers and printers
To assist in finding new markets to access and build upon
Demonstrating a strong awareness of current digital marketing communication methods
Using the project management tool at all times ensuring total visibility of all marketing campaigns

Working with all Sales Departments to ensure they are being supported at all times

● A high level of writing and content development skills
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Highly organised and able to multi-task and project manage
● Ability to own and deliver communications material across all channels ensuring a solid uniformed approach
● Sound knowledge of social media and digital communications
● A self-motivated individual
● Having a good understanding of SEO, Digital PR Campaigns
