NOW FILLED – Learning & Development Advisor, Brighton, £26-30K plus bonus and great benefits

This leading global digital marketing agency is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor for the Brighton office who will manage existing onboarding and L&D programmes and identify opportunities to improve the EU L&D offering. You will deliver relevant, cost-effective and tailored sessions that develop the individual and support the business. This will be done with the wider global framework in mind in order to deliver on local (EU) requirements with global consistency.

The ideal person for this role will not only have L&D experience but will have worked for a digital marketing oragnisation as you will need to understand what the teams need and how to effectively structure probation plans and think about career maps.

Key Requirements

At least one years experiecne from and L&D role or one with an active role in education or HR; alternatively procen knowledge in the field (accredited course or degree such as CIPD)

Experience of information management and reporting, to utilise learning platforms effectively

Proven understanding and engagement with learning theories, people development and training is required

Background in online marketing is key

Skills in instructional learning design would be advantageous

Salary is £26-30K dependent on experience, a 10% performance related company bonus and superb benefits
