The Researcher role:

The role involves supporting a consultant who looks after top level clients and their recruitment needs, your role will involve sourcing suitable candidates to meet the clients brief, arranging interview, briefing candidates etc…

  • Persuading consultants to put forward candidate from your list
  • Managing candidate through the recruitment process
  • Identifying new clients for the team to work with
