You will be responsible for researching and sourcing suitable candidates for the consultants who are filling top-level global vacancies. You will need to effectively plan and structure you day and be flexible with your time so that you can react to arranging interviews, pitching calls, managing negotiations etc…….

The Researcher role:
The role involves supporting a consultant who looks after top level clients and their recruitment needs, your role will involve sourcing suitable candidates to meet the clients brief, arranging interview, briefing candidates etc…
- Candidate generation
- Market research
- Preparing candidates
- Persuading consultants to put forward candidate from your list
- Managing candidate through the recruitment process
- Identifying new clients for the team to work with
The Researcher Candidate:
As a graduate or high-achiever you will have a good attention to detail and strong communication skills, allowing you to understand a candidate’s motivation and be able to successfully brief them for interviews.
