You will be responsible for researching and sourcing suitable candidates for the consultants who are filling top-level global vacancies. You will need to effectively plan and structure your day and be flexible with your time so that you can react to arranging interviews, contacting potential candidates and managing negotiations etc
An interest in current affairs is essential for this role to allow you to talk with confidence to candidates – other industry and job experience will be gained through training and via a ‘buddy’ to guide you and point you in the right direction.
