Our Brighton based client is looking for a new Advertising Solutions Sales Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. The company have a fun, relaxed and hardworking culture and provide on-going support to their staff to ensure high job satisfaction. As an Advertising Solutions Sales Executive you will be speaking to a variety of graduate recruiters, from organisations that take on 150 grads a year through to organisations that take on only a few each year, you will be phone and meeting with them, selling online recruitment advertising packages.

 

There will be a big emphasis on speaking to Media Buyers, so you will need to be confident enough to pitch at meetings and build long lasting mutually beneficial relationships. The company host networking events every 3 months in London and they also highly encourage other client meetings, so strong face to face communications skills are a must.

The Advertising Solutions Sales Role:

You will be joining a team of 3. Essentially this role is office based but face to face client meetings are also encouraged. You will be doing business to business calling to gain interest, quotes for business and full account management once deals are confirmed.

  • Speaking to a variety of graduate recruiters- selling online advertising packages
  • Meeting with clients including Media Buyers
  • Full account management
  • Attending networking events
  • Organising advertising packages
  • Liaising with Marketing to ensure adverts go live correctly
  • Client feedback on performances and data tracking etc.

Ongoing training and support will be provided.

The Advertising Solutions Sales Candidate:

The client is looking for someone who is determined to grow business and really capitalise on the uncapped commission structure. Within this role they really encourage client relationship building which will in turn lead to more deals coming in.
