Commercial Manager, Rewards/Loyalty Business, West London: £45K + Commission

We’re recruiting a commercial manager for a leading rewards and loyalty business that offers large discounts on a huge range of UK attractions, days out and restaurants. The role will be heading up product development, sales, customer services, marketing and technology development.

The successful candidate will set targets, lead all staff, manage the sales and service process, analyse sales, train the team and look for opportunities to grow the business.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of product ownership/development
  • Proven ability in developing partnerships/commercial relationships
  • Ability to roll out online products and select vendors
  • Some understanding of web development, project management, business analysis and mobile
  • Good people manager
