Our central Brighton based client is now looking for a bright and driven Client Account Manager to join their busy Sales/Client Partners Team. The company produce bespoke market insight reports and work with with many big named clients, approximately a third of the FTSE 100. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new business accounts and will also be in charge of client account management to ensure that high levels of service are being provided.

The Company:

The company are hugely successful in their field, dealing with big name FTSE 100 clients. As the word spreads on their bespoke reposts more contracts are being won and due to high demand, they are now looking to add new members to their existing team.

 

Their comprehensive reports provide unique, actionable insights which allow companies to understand their competitive landscape and gain access to the best available talent. All of their projects are bespoke, as no two clients have the same specific requirements.

 

The Client Account Manager role:

The sales team is currently 6 people strong led by Director and Head of Sales and Marketing. You will be responsible for introducing new clients to the bespoke services that the company has on offer.

 

Depending on your experience you may also be meeting and presenting to clients.

 

The role will include:

  • New business/ sector research (vertical sector)
  • New business introductions via phone, email and face to face
  • Building a comprehensive sector database
  • Liaising with clients, both potential and existing
  • Building credibility throughout departments/sub sectors
  • Liaising with clients, both potential and existing
  • Presenting to clients
  • Developing new business ideas
  • Working closely with the research team to scope out and ensure delivery of projects.
  • Client account management

 

 

The Client Account Manager Candidate:

Due to the nature of the clients that you will be speaking with, (typically FTSE 100) it is essential that you are able to provide a sophisticated approach when dealing with potential clients.

 

Each client will have very different requirements. You will need to be able to build rapport quickly to establish their needs to then be able to provide them with bespoke solutions.

 

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Sales experience in a B2B services or recruitment background
  • Sophisticated and positive attitude
  • Business savvy
  • Able to quickly & confidently build rapport with clients
  • Comfortable speaking a senior management/Director level
  • Quick learner
  • Able to discuss bespoke solutions
  • Highly organised
