Job Description:
We’re looking for an exceptional client-focused Business Development Manager with e-learning sales experience.

Our client mixes new technologies with innovative ideas to help people learn better and faster. Their clients come to them because they know they’re experts in learning and passionate about technology. You’ll need to be the same.

Skills Range:
Working to a target of £1m+ per annum you will:

  • Develop new business by qualifying and following up leads
  • Manage successful relationships with allocated key accounts, creating and maintaining strong business relationships and growing revenue
  • Present and propose e-learning solutions, through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, email, WebEx, and written proposals
  • Work closely with the Bid and Production Teams to respond to RFQs and RFPs
  • Be 100% accountable for the sales process at every stage from lead qualification to closed-won
  • Attend marketing events and exhibitions as required
  • Keep accurate sales and forecast records using Salesforce
Person Specification:
  • You have consultative sales experience with a genuine ability to understand clients’ business challenges
  • You love building great client relationships built on trust and you are focused on the quality of service you can deliver to your clients
  • You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of e-learning and are passionate about the impact it can make
  • You are ambitious to exceed sales targets and are able to close business efficiently and effectively
  • You are an excellent and confident communicator – you write with fluency and clarity, your presentations are engaging and convincing and your conversations excite and inspire. You know the importance of active listening.
  • You are focused on finishing tasks and following through on agreed deliverables
  • You are comfortable with all levels of decision makers
  • You are confident, focused and self-motivated and able to prioritise work effectively
  • You are, of course, IT literate – Microsoft Office, Email, social media etc…
  • You have a clean/full driving licence and a willingness to travel within UK
