Associate Director, PR & Social Media Agency, Tunbridge Wells, circa £50K plus bonus

This established and highly reputable PR & Social Media agency based in beautiful Tunbridge Wells is preparing for its next phase of growth and is looking to appoint an Associate Director to head up the agency and work closely with the Managing Director. The agencies client’s are both UK and International and are predominently B2B but also looks after some well know B2C accounts.

You will help steer the agency towards the achievement of its core business goals set for 2016 and beyond. These include growth, potentially including an overseas office as well as staff retention, motivation and development. You will play a key role in forming and implementing thiss strategy for growth.

Securing new business is an integrel part of this role of which a bonus will be paid for targets acheived. Due to the reputation of the agency, new business is not a major obstacle, however you will be expected to increase success with your own experience and reputation.

 

You will also drive and support the team day to day in delivering excellent results for a portfolio of clients. This requires you to inject new ideas and creativity into the campaigns.

You will also be required to act as a company spokesperson, speaking at industy  conferences and attending networking events.

Currently at Senior Account Director level you will be passionate about PR & Social Media and have credibility and gravitas with both your colleagues and clients and now looking for your next long term senior Director role.
